As much as most weddings only have the DJ for the evening reception, I do offer a full day service.
This service is literally all day, we will be some of the first people there and some of the last to leave too.
Setting Up
We will set up all of our gear for the day first thing in the morning. Long long long before anyone from your wedding party arrives.
Ceremony
I will play music for around 30 minutes before your ceremony as your guests are arriving. I will also help to make sure your guests are in the correct places. When (if needed) it is time to play music as someone walks down the aisle, I will be on hand to press play. Once the ceremony is finished and you are ready to sign the dotted line and have photos, I will play a mini playlist chosen by yourself. I have a specific PA system for this, so there is no need to worry about me setting up elsewhere after. You will also have access to microphones should you wish to use them.
Drinks Reception
Whilst your guests are talking to each other and chilling before the wedding breakfast, I will provide background music, again which will be put together throughout video or phone calls with yourselves. Whilst the music is playing I will be on hand to help with anything, as well as being ready to make any announcements you may need. Should you wish, I will also take certain requests within this time to really get the party started.
Wedding Breakfast
Whilst you are all sat down to have some grub, there will be a continuous playlist in the background with lowered volume. I will also use this opportunity to take down my set from the ceremony if it hasn't been taken down before.
The songs will be fun and upbeat, mixed in with your typical love songs to keep the vibe up. Again, as with any section you will have a huge input on what music I play during this section.
Speeches
My wireless microphones will be charged and ready to take centre stage for the speeches. Working alongside yourselves to make an order of speeches, I will make sure they are ready and waiting by the correct people.
Evening Reception
As soon as all of the formalities are over with, it really is time to get partying. I will slowly build the music up as guests mingle and your evening guests arrive. More lights will now be placed around the room ready for a spectacular showing for the evening disco.
First Dance
The time has come for the main event, your first dance! The disco lights will be dimmed, the white spots will come on in place and your first dance will take place.
